THE VERY FIRST HOUSE |
ENTIRE OUTSIDE VIEW
This was my very first (self-build) dollhouse. As you can easily see on this pic, it was not really what you might expect from a dollhouse. I should have ordered a nice kit and just put it together, but instead, back then, I thought I was the big dollhouse builder and that it should be easy ...... but it wasn't.

.... BY NIGHT
I didn't keep the house, I just kept all the furniture, lights and other stuff and used it later on other projects. I made too many mistakes, and it was impossible to make a decent house out of it.
I don't regret having tried that though, because I learned from my mistakes.
I did even lit the house, not every room, but still, it did look cosy.

THE DINING ROOM
I kept all the furniture and this white dining room set was repainted later and all the items were used seperately in other houses and roomboxes

THE KITCHEN
Did you already take a look at the kitchen in my American Dollhouse ? Well, you should recognize the kitchen then, don't you :-)

ONE OF THE LIVING ROOMS
If you take a closer look at my other dollhouses, I guess you will find out quickly where all these pieces have gone ...

MASTER BEDROOM
This bed didn't survive though ..... the cat once tried to play with it and threw it down the stairs.
That awfull palmtree was my first try ............ that one, I threw it down the stairs when I destroyed the house !!

GUEST BEDROOM
Back then, I used paper sheets for the flooring, which I do not really recommend. If you like wooden floors, there is a very easy way to make those yourself with balsa wood

SEWING ROOM
As in every house, there has to be a sewing machine ..... or a tailor's room, whatever you wanna call it. I guess, growing up with my father being a tailor working at home, I was just so used to see those old machines around
