THE 2 ROOM APPARTMENT

VALERIE'S ROOMBOX

This 2 room appartment is a roombox kit, like usual, just needing assembling and painting. Valerie has always been fascinated by my miniatures and I just had to make one for her. It has some very personal touches, which you will discover by looking at the pictures below. I also added a little garden space, because she loves spending time outside the house.

THE MAIN ENTRANCE

The doors and windows were bought together with the roombox, to make sure they fit. There are flowers everywhere, because I knew how much she loves them.

BACK/OUTSIDE VIEW

Again, at the back of the house, a little green touch with flowers, a little tree and grass.

THE TRELLIS

I made the trellis myself, got the ideas from my magazines and books. I must say, this might be good idea for beginners, it's an easy project.
Instructions may be found in the TIPS AND TRICKS Section under "Flowers and Plants"

THE BATHROOM

In the bathroom, I used left-over, simple white tiles. To add a little color and personal touch, I printed out the red pictures on transparent paper, after reducing them to the correct scale and glued them on some of the tiles.

LIVING- / BEDROOM

This is the main room of the little appartment, serving as bed- and living room at the same time. The little GUCCI shopping bag is again a personal touch, because Valerie loves those little bags ...... :-) and especially of course what's in it !

THE PICNIC TABLE IN THE GARDEN

This picture has been taken before I had a chance to clean up, lol. There is a little too much dust, sorry about that.
I will change the pic soon, I promise.

As I mentioned, Valerie and her hubby love to spend time outside and I just had to add a little space for them in the garden.

PERSONAL TOUCH

Here's a picture of her and her hubby .... just scanned, scaled to the correct size, printed on photopaper and framed, that's it !
