A very interesting book, from which I learned a lot of different techniques is "THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF DOLLHOUSE-DECORATING TECHNIQUES" by William Davis, Caroline List and Nick Forder. One of the techniques to paint the walls is the "masking" technique.

When I decided this bathroom would be red and white, and when I finished tiling, I thought that those pale tiles needed a little something.

So I look around and surfed a few pages on the Net about tiles (real size) to give me an idea of what I could do here and finally found what to do. Insted of coloring the tiles with paint (not so easy since I had already glued them on), I chose this little red triangle, imported it to my computer (using Publisher). After sizing it down to the same size than the tiles, I printed out about 30/35 on transparent paper and glued them, one by one, to several tiles.
