This is the bathroom of my german house. I used on of these tile looking sheets, but when I had to remove the furniture for the moving, which I glued to that floor, to avoid that the porcelain items would fall on the floor and break into a hundred pieces, I ripped it all off.

We recently visited friends who bought a very old appartement, a beautiful place which they gave a wonderful make-over. In their main bathroom, the left the original old wooden floor but painted in in white. Thats where I got the idea from ..... when I had to make a new floor for this bathroom.

I think it looks much better now.
